Bookings
How do I book a bus ticket?
Go to Search Rides, enter your departure city, destination, and date. Choose an available bus, select your seat, and complete payment. Your QR e-ticket is sent instantly.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel a booking up to 2 hours before departure from your account dashboard. Refund eligibility depends on the operator's policy shown at booking time. Changes to date or seat require cancelling and rebooking.
I didn't receive my e-ticket. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, log in to your account — your ticket is always available under "My Bookings". You can re-download or resend it from there. If the issue persists, contact us.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. During checkout you can enter the passenger's name and contact details. The ticket will be issued in their name and can be sent to their phone or email.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Lumicash, Ecocash, and major debit/credit cards. All payments are processed securely and you receive a confirmation immediately after payment.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What now?
This is usually a temporary hold that reverses within 24–48 hours. If it doesn't, contact us immediately with your transaction reference number and we'll resolve it within one business day.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Mobile money refunds are typically faster (1–2 days).
Tracking & Travel
How do I track my bus live?
Open your booking from "My Bookings" and tap "Track Bus". Live tracking becomes available 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. You'll see the bus position updated in real time on a map.
My bus is delayed. Who do I contact?
Delays are shown in the live tracking view. If the delay is significant and you need to cancel, you can do so from your booking and request a refund. For urgent issues, call us directly at +257 22 352 864.
Account
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I register as a bus operator or agency?
Contact us via the contact form and select "Agency / Operator Partnership" as the topic. Our team will guide you through the onboarding process.
