- Arrive at departure points on time

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. By making a payment, you agree to our payment terms and conditions.
- Prices are displayed in Burundi Francs (BIF)
- Payment must be made before booking confirmation
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
- Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods
6. Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before departure: Full refund
- 12-24 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours before departure: No refund
- No-show: No refund
- Cancellation requests must be made through your account or by contacting support
7. Limitation of Liability
Amato Travel Connect acts as a platform connecting passengers with transportation providers. We are not responsible for the actions, inactions, or negligence of these providers.
- Our liability is limited to the platform services we provide
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by providers
- Travel insurance is recommended for comprehensive coverage
- Claims should be directed to the respective transportation provider
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Burundi. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Burundi.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
